I first realized I was creative when...

I was about 5 years old. I was at a baby-sitters house, and my sitter always made cakes. She would make cakes using those aluminum molds in different shapes. Bugs Bunny, Barbie, Care Bears, etc. This time is was a boy in overalls. She was piping those little dots of icing on the overalls, and I suggested to her to use different shades of blue icing in the piping bag so that the overalls look like jean. She was surprised by my idea, and later told my mother that I was creative. I still remember that scene in my mind. I enjoyed watching her make cakes with bright colors.

I consider myself a multi-creative. And that just means I do more creative things than just paint. I try to use my creativity in all aspects of my life. Creativity is something that needs to be practiced on a daily basis. We have to always be mindful of creation. Even building a house, cooking a meal, or planning an event. It all takes creativity. Two thing that can set your creation apart from the rest is observation and attention to detail. I am always asking myself, "How can my creation be different and of higher quality?" and "What feedback can I use to make my creations even better?"

Now, go out there and create something today! And enjoy it!
