Little Surprises

Sometimes life will give you little surprises, and I always try to recognize them when they happen. These surprises keep me going in a lot of ways. It keeps life exciting, but you have to learn how to recognize them, which is the hard part. Once you do though, you will start seeing these exciting surprises all the time.

Life has given me some suprises lately, and I am so grateful for them. Surprises that I never would have dreamed of. How utterly wonderful that is! I'll keep these gifts a secret, but just know that there are surprises around the corner all the time. They are there just waiting for you to receive them.

Surprises are one of the best things in life. I was just thinking... "What is the opposite of surprises?" I guess that would be disappointment. So many times, we cling to disappointment. We see it everywhere. I can't stand to be disappointed. But from now on I will cling to the surprises. I will surprise myself and others. I will see these gifts everywhere I go. When a pretty bird flies by, when someone says something kind to me, when there's a rainbow in the sky. Surpriiiiiise!
